Dominican Republic to Australia: You'll need an adapter

You'll need a plug adapter: Dominican Republic uses Type A/B/C, Australia uses Type I, and they don't fit. Voltage differs too (120V vs 230V) -- only plug in devices rated for both, or use a voltage converter, not just a plug adapter.
