France to Federated States of Micronesia: You'll need an adapter

You'll need a plug adapter: France uses Type C/E, Federated States of Micronesia uses Type A/B, and they don't fit. Voltage differs too (230V vs 120V) -- only plug in devices rated for both, or use a voltage converter, not just a plug adapter.
